St Kitts and Nevis Patriots (SKN) have had a challenging run in the CPL 2023, facing six losses out of eight matches. In their recent outing against BR, despite impressive contributions from Will Smeed, who notched up 63 runs, and Sherfane Rutherford’s explosive 65 runs, SKN fell short as BR secured an eight-wicket victory. SKN managed to post a formidable total of 220 runs in their 20 overs.
On the other hand, the Saint Lucia Kings (SLK) have displayed a more balanced performance, securing three wins out of six matches. Their last match against BR was a standout performance, with Johnson Charles anchoring the innings with a blistering 78, while Alzarri Joseph led the bowling attack with an impressive three-wicket haul. This commanding performance led SLK to a resounding 90-run victory. SLK posted an imposing total of 195 runs in their 20 overs.
