Currently, Pakistan Women A lead the series 1-0, having secured victory in the 1st unofficial T20 by eight wickets.
In the previous encounter, Thailand Women Emerging batted first and managed a decent opening partnership of 36 runs between Nannapat Koncharoenkai and Thipatcha Putthawong. However, they lost wickets in quick succession thereafter. Suwanan Khiaoto made a valuable contribution, but the team kept losing wickets, ultimately posting a total of 70 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In response, Pakistan Women A began their innings well with opener Shawaal Zulfiqar. Subsequent partnerships between Kainat Hafeez and Omaima Sohail ensured a comfortable chase, as they reached the target in 13 overs, securing an eight-wicket victory. Onnicha Kamchomphu and Kanyakorn Bunthansen were the wicket-takers for Thailand Women Emerging.
