New York Warriors will lock horns with Texas Chargers in the Final match of the US Masters T10 2023 at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Lauderhill on August 26. New York Warriors have won five from seven games and are at the top of the table. On the other hand, the Texas Chargers have played seven games so far, where they have won three and are in third place.
New York Warriors had played against California Knights in their last match, where California Knights had won the toss and elected to bat. The Knights started aggressively, with Aaron Finch taking charge. The top order did the majority of the scoring; however, the middle order could not continue the same way, and they could only score 96 runs in the first innings. Warriors did not start too well, losing two wickets rather quickly, but the pair of Richard Levi and Misbah-ul-Haq played some fantastic shots and won the team the match by eight wickets with eight balls to spare.
Texas Chargers had played against California Knights in their last match, where Texas Chargers had won the toss and elected to bowl. In an aggressive start, the Knights lost a wicket early, but the master class of Jacques Kallis and Milind Kumar is what set up the match for a treat to the spectators. They finished with 139 runs on board. What followed in the second innings was complete carnage by Mukhtar Ahmed and Mohammed Hafeez as they amassed 75 runs in just four overs. Eventually, the Texas Chargers won the match comfortably by seven wickets.
