Noida Super Kings (NSK) and Gorakhpur Lions (GL) are set to clash in the 19th match of the Uttar Pradesh T20 League at Green Park in Kanpur on September 8. Noida Super Kings have been in exceptional form with five wins, currently holding the top spot on the points table. On the other hand, Gorakhpur Lions have struggled with just one win and are at the bottom of the points table.
In their recent game against Kanpur Superstars, Noida Super Kings secured an eight-wicket victory, with Sandeep Tomar’s 40 runs off 20 balls being a standout performance. In the bowling department, Vineet Panwar and Rishabh Rajput each contributed with a wicket.
Gorakhpur Lions, in their previous match, faced a 10-wicket loss against Lucknow Falcons. Shaurya Singh’s 49 runs off 25 balls and Harsh Tyagi’s quickfire 29 runs off 22 balls showcased their batting strength. In the bowling department, Vikrant Chaudhary and Nadeem each took three wickets.
