Netherlands XI will take on Ireland XI in the 8th game of the Championship Week of the European Cricket Championship 2023 on Tuesday (October 17) at the Cartama Oval in Cartama.
Netherlands XI, the defending champions, got a direct qualification in the championship week stage. They started their campaign with a loss against Italy. Italy beat Netherlands XI by six wickets after chasing down the target of 118 runs in 7.2 overs.
Ireland XI won all four games in Group D. They had a hard time in their last outing against Germany as Germany chased down the target of 131 runs in 7.4 overs with nine wickets in hand.
