Bhilwara Kings will face Gujarat Giants in the fourth match of the Legends League Cricket 2023 on Wednesday (November 22) at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi.
The Kings won their first game against India Capitals by three wickets. They chased down the target of 229 runs in 19.2 overs with the help of Irfan Pathan’s knock of 65 runs off just 19 deliveries. He won the Player of the Match award for this performance. Anureet Singh was the most successful bowler for the Kings and took four wickets for 29 runs in four overs.
The Giants lost their first game against the Manipal Tigers by 10 runs. The Tigers posted 173 runs for the loss of eight wickets on board. Rajat Bhatia picked three wickets for 31 runs in four overs for the Giants. Chris Gayle and Jacques Kallis provided a solid start to the Giants and added 75 runs for the first wicket. Parthiv Patel scored 35 runs off 26 deliveries. No other batter apart from these three could make a double-digit score for the team. The Tigers could make only 163 runs for the loss of nine wickets.
