Urbanrisers Hyderabad will lock horns with Southern Superstars in the 3rd match of the Legends League Cricket 2023 at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi on November 21. Both these teams have been newly formed, and this will be the inaugural match for them.
Urbanrisers Hyderabad seems like a well-balanced team with suitable players for each position. Aaron Finch would be leading the team and providing excellent starts with the bat, as well as being the designated opener of the team. They have a good mix of Indian as well as foreign talent, which would be crucial in forming a good team. They have some solid batters in the name of Ross Taylor and Upul Tharanga while some brilliant wicket-taking options in the likes of Ashok Dinda and Suranga Lakmal. They would be expected to put up a good fight.
What seems like one of the best teams in this tournament on paper, Southern Superstars, would be coming on the ground with really high hopes. Suresh Raina would be leading the side from the front with his sensational knocks, while he would be aided in the batting department by the likes of Martin Guptill, Asghar Afghan, and Dwayne Smith. Their batting order has some hard hitters and can put up some explosive performances. With Pragyan Ojha, Morne Morkel, and Stuart Binny, the bowling department seems well-covered as well.
