KCA Lions (LIO) and KCA Royals (ROY) are set to clash in the 20th match of the KCA TCM Presidents Cup T20 at Sanatana Dharma College Ground in Alappuzha on September 13. LIO have had a mixed start to the tournament with two wins, currently holding the third spot in the points table. On the other hand, ROY have won one match and are at the bottom of the points table.
In their recent match against PAN, LIO suffered a seven-wicket defeat, with Sachin Baby’s knock of 23 runs off 22 balls being a notable performance. Vinay V Varghese and Mannembeth Sreeroop took a wicket each in the bowling department.
ROY faced a six-wicket defeat against EAG in their previous match, with Saly Samson scoring 55 runs off 31 balls and Sachin Suresh adding 33 runs off 32 balls to highlight their batting prowess. In the bowling department, Vinod Kumar and Anoop G took two wickets each.
