India (IND) will face the Netherlands (NED) in the 45th match of the ODI World Cup 2023 on Sunday (November 12) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. It will be the last group stage game of the tournament. India have won all their eight games so far, while the Netherlands have won two out of their eight matches.

In the recent match against South Africa, India secured a commanding victory. They performed exceptionally well, posting a strong total of 326 runs for the loss of five wickets in 50 overs. Virat Kohli showcased his prowess by achieving his 49th ODI century. Shreyas Iyer also played a significant role, contributing 77 runs off 87 deliveries.

When South Africa began their innings, India displayed a remarkable performance in bowling and fielding. They bundled out the Proteas for just 83 runs. None of their batters could surpass 20 runs, and India managed to secure a resounding win by a massive margin of 243 runs.

The Netherlands faced England in their last game, where England managed to score a total of 339 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 50 overs. Ben Stokes made his maiden ODI World Cup century and scored 108 runs off just 84 deliveries. For the Netherlands, Bas de Leede was the standout among the bowlers, taking three wickets for 74 runs in his 10 overs. Aryan Dutt and Logan van Beek chipped in with two wickets each, while Paul van Meekeren secured the remaining one wicket.

The Netherlands faced a challenging start to their chase, losing four wickets before they could reach the 100-run mark. They eventually crossed that milestone in the 26th over but then lost the wicket of Bas de Leede. Scott Edwards and Teja Nidamanuru managed to add 59 runs for the sixth wicket, but the rest of their team couldn’t contribute much after Edwards got out. They were bowled out for a total of 179 runs, resulting in a 160-run victory for England.
