Both teams won their opening encounter and will look to continue the winning momentum. Hyderabad CC played their last game against Himachal Pradesh CC where they restricted Himachal Pradesh CC to 124 in 17 overs. They chased down the target in 15.2 overs and won the match by 7 wickets. Jharkhand CC played their first game against Odisha-A where they posted 178/5 on the board. Their bowlers restricted Odisha-A to 166/5 on the board and won the match by 12 runs.
