Carolina Eagles could not complete their last game due to the match being washed away, while New York Cowboys lost the last game they played.
Carolina Eagles squared off against Maryland Mavericks in their last encounter, where Maryland Mavericks had won the toss and elected to bowl. On a good batting deck, the Carolina Eagles did not start too well, losing their opener, Steven Katwaroo, on the second ball of the game on duck. However, it was followed by a brilliant partnership of 91 runs, which put them in a good position. Eagles were on the score of 97 runs for the fall of two wickets when the rain arrived, and due to persistent rain, the game was washed off.
New York Cowboys played against NJ Titans in their last game, where New York Cowboys won the toss and elected to bowl. The match was reduced to five overs a side due to rain. Being put to bat, Titans went all guns blazing into the game, smashing 52 runs for the opening stand in just three overs. By the end of the innings, they had posted a strong total of 72 runs on the board. The Cowboys did not start too well, as they kept losing wickets one after the other. Their middle order did score some runs but fell short of the target by 17 runs.
