Brisbane Heat and Melbourne Renegades will lock horns against each other in the 43rd match of the Women’s Big Bash League 2023 at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane on Friday (November 17). Heat have won seven out of 10 games so far and are in third position in the points tally. The Renegades have managed just a single win in 10 games so far and are struggling at the bottom of the points tally.
Heat played their first game of this season against the Renegades and managed to defend their total of 187 runs. The Renegades could only make 181 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. Charli Knott delivered an all-round performance. She made a crucial 23 runs off 12 deliveries at the backend of the innings and picked three wickets for 33 runs in four overs. She was adjudged Player of the Match for this performance.
