Barbados (BAR) and Bermuda-XI (BER-XI) are set to clash in the 5th match of the Bermuda T20 League 2023 at White National Stadium in Bermuda on September 9. Both teams have had contrasting starts to the tournament. Barbados has won both of their matches and currently holds the top spot on the points table, while Bermuda XI has faced two losses and is at the bottom of the points table.
In their recent game against Grass Roots Academy, Barbados secured an impressive 48-run victory, with Leniko Boucher’s contribution of 40 runs off 24 balls being notable. Kemar Smith made an impact in the bowling department with three wickets.
On the other hand, Bermuda-XI suffered a nine-wicket defeat against Bermuda in their previous match, with Jarryd Richardson’s 33 runs off 36 balls showcasing their batting strength. Shakai Darrell managed to take one wicket in the bowling department.
